Given that several more recent borrowers are vulnerable to default, and a lot of of those borrowers would not have been if not afflicted from the proposed principles inside the NPRM, together with the uncertainty within the implementation with the NPRM proposals, presently the Section intends to commit its minimal operational methods to supporting
